Best First-time Presenter Award
For the best paper presented by a researcher who has not previously presented a paper at an IRES family conference. The criteria for consideration are:
- the researcher must be the main author of the paper presented
- the researcher must not have presented a paper at any of the IRES family real estate society conferences previously. The assessors will consider the following criteria:
- clarity of expression
- contribution to knowledge
- awareness of existing work
- robustness & relevance of conclusions & recommendations.
The paper will be submitted for publication in the Pacific Rim Property Journal.
